TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

General	The machine is truck mounted multipurpose water spraying system, useful to washing & sprinkling. The machine is mounted on different GVW truck chassis having jetting pump. • 70 LPM capacity for water spraying. Jetting pumps is driven by PTO. • The tank is mounted on an auxiliary frame of ISMC MS Channel 125x65mm section and adequately strengthen to render it torque resistant. The auxiliary frame is of all electrically welded construction.
Recommended Cabin Chassis	Make –TATA/ASHOK LEYLAND /OR EQU. The Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) of the cabin chassis as per Tank Capacity Type of vehicle= Chassis with company built cabin with PTO/PTO Provision. 4- Cylinder BS-VI Water cooled direct injection Turbo charged intercooled fuel efficient Engine. Engine BHP= As per Selected GVW at rated RPM. Wheel Base= As per selected GVW of Truck Chassis
Tank	Material -Mild steel IS 2062 Grade A, and thickness 6mm. Tank capacity -10000 liter, the tanker shall have the provision of one main delivery valve at bottom and one number outlet at the back side of the tank. Other accessories – manhole, drain valve, baffles, ladder etc.
Jetting Pump: - and other accessories specifications	Pump Make - Pratissoli /UDOR/HAWK or equivalent. Jetting pump capacity- 70 LPM at 150 bar. PTO should be capable of driving hydraulic pump and blower fan. Hydraulic pump type- gear type. Hydraulic motor Make - Eton/Boss/Rexroth/Merbok and equivalent.
Hose & hose reel	Hose and hose reel arrangement for multipurpose having length -30 meter, ID-3/8’’, hose of reputed Make -Parker/Gates/equivalent with high pressure gun. Hose reel winding and unwinding – manual.
Sprinkler /Cannon	Sprinkler tube and gun material – SS Grade 304. Nozzle – min. 12 nos. Throw distance –min. 15 meter. Cannon rotation: - 280 to 360-degree horizontal movement. Cannon rotation mechanism – hydraulic /mechanical.
Sprinkler/Nozzles	Front sprinkler: 50mm OD Header MOC: MS, Nozzle size 3/8” MOC: SS Qty: 2- Nos. Rear sprinkler: 50mm OD header MOC: MS, Nozzle size 3/8” MOC: SS Qty: 3- Nos. Side sprinkler: 50mm OD Header MOC: MS, Nozzle size 3/8” MOC: SS Qty: 4- Nos. Left & Right each side.
Painting	The tank exterior to be spray painted with two coats of superior quality anti –corrosive primer and two coats of enamel paint .to resist corrosion due to weak acids, the tank interior to be coated with two coats of anti-corrosive gray epoxy paint.
